We offer a range of assessment and support options, which are described on our website and in our costings booklet. We will always guide you to know which option to choose (if asked), although the final decision is entirely yours.

Your Commitment and Consent:
You agree to forward any relevant information/reports from other professionals to Now, Next & Then.
You agree to Now, Next & Then liaising with your child's nursery/school/college to arrange visits and/or to share information about your child to enhance the thoroughness of our intervention.
You agree to Now, Next & Then asking your child's nursery/school/college for information about your child to gain environmental contextual information.
You agree to Now, Next & Then taking a photo of your child to be able to enhance your understanding of our observations or professional advice (if necessary).
You understand that Now, Next & Then will not make a recommendation which contradicts our professional integrity.
You understand that there may be an occasion when your child's nursery/school/college asks that our written advice/report is forwarded to another agency, e.g. Paediatrician, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist or Local Authority. You will need to give Now, Next & Then additional consent to share on your behalf.
You understand that to secure your appointment date or relevant intervention, you will need to pay in full for the service you have commissioned.
If your child's school or the Local Authority is paying for our support, then they will be invoiced directly.
Now, Next & Then requires 48 hours' notice of a cancellation. Without this, you will be charged at the hourly rate for the time that had been allocated, and your appointment will then be rearranged.
You agree to these Terms of Engagement, and your electronic signature indicates consent for us to see and work with your child.
